The Interface

2048 Deluxe features a clean, modern interface designed to let you focus on the game. Here's what everything does.

The Game Board

The central 4×4 grid is where all the action happens:

  • Empty cells — Light-colored spaces waiting for tiles
  • Numbered tiles — Your playable tiles, colored by value
  • Animations — Smooth movement and merge effects

Score Display

At the top of the game area:

  • Current Score — Points earned this game from merging tiles
  • Best Score — Your highest score ever (saved locally)

The score increases each time you merge tiles. The points earned equal the value of the newly created tile.

Game Controls
